We're proud to introduce our Neighbor-to-Neighbor Bill Assistance Program, which allows our Texas customers to make a difference by donating any amount to help fellow community members with their electricity bills. We've teamed up with agencies to ensure your donations reach those in need. These agencies carefully screen applicants and decide who can benefit from the assistance. Qualifying individuals can receive up to $700 in aid throughout the calendar year.

How to donate?

You can donate by mail. Please check the "Bill Assistance" box on the payment slip on your monthly bill when sending your payment.

Need help paying your electricity bill?

You're not alone — we're here to help! You could receive up to $700 per calendar year if you qualify for our Neighbor-to-Neighbor program. Don't hesitate to reach out to one of the agencies listed below.
